Cancellation Policy You may cancel your appointment for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable. Please note that any appointments booked and paid for within 24 hours of the start time are also non-refundable.

Your booking is for a specific, dedicated time slot. Once this time has passed, our practitioners cannot provide further assistance without a new booking. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Appointments with our healthcare professionals can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. You can manage this by logging into your online account.
