Payment & Eligibility

• Prepayment: All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking. Fees cover the clinician's time and assessment only.
• Additional Costs: Investigations and administrative forms incur extra charges.
• Location: Patients must be physically located within the UK at the time of their consultation.

Remote vs. In-Person Consultations

Virtual consultations have inherent limitations. If a clinician determines that a physical examination is necessary (e.g., for blood pressure checks or diagnostic measurements), a separate in-person appointment must be booked at standard rates.

Clinical Outcomes

An appointment is a clinical assessment, not a guarantee of a specific result. The issuance of prescriptions (including controlled medications), referrals, or medical certificates (e.g., "fit to work" notes) is at the sole discretion of the clinician based on their professional judgment.
