• Information Sharing: Your medical records are confidential. We only share data with third-party providers essential to your care (e.g., specialists, labs, or imaging centers), when required by law, or at your explicit request (e.g., sharing notes with your NHS GP).
• Communication: We use phone and email for appointment updates and results. While we utilize secure email systems where possible, please note that no digital communication is entirely without risk.
• NHS Identity Verification: To ensure record accuracy and prevent misidentification, we may verify your details (name, address, NHS number) via the NHS Patient Demographic Service (PDS). This does not give us access to your NHS clinical records.
